Color and B&W

 

    The first black and white photo features a snow-covered pine tree. The black and white filter makes the color contrast between the snow and the tree more intense. It gives a cold feeling. I took the photo with my Apple phone and used the black and white filter.

    The second image features a colorful Aboriginal mask. It has very distinctive features so I chose to photograph it. It is mainly composed of red, blue and yellow. There are also accents of other colors. I used an Apple phone and did not use a filter.
